What data we collect and why
When you send a form, we process your name, phone number, e-mail address (if you provide it) and the content of your enquiry or fence configuration. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
Legal basis and retention period
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the data for as long as the contact about your enquiry continues, and then until any claims become time-barred.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO). Write to us at the e-mail address above.
Recipients of data and cookies
Form data goes to the CENTRUM 2D e-mail inbox. The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies.
